The chamber works closely with its members and clients while handling the planning, logistics, and execution of an event. The Chamber can also work selectively on a event, assisting clients and members with specific elements of planning their event. Elements of event planning handled by the Chamber include:

  • Strategic design, planning, and scheduling
  • Promotional activities
  • Sending invitations and managing RSVPs
  • Identifying and recruiting attendees or exhibitors
  • Recruiting speakers, trainers, or dignitaries for an event
  • Coordinating with vendors, venues, hotels, etc.
  • Handling media and public relations
  • Venue location and arrangements
  • Transportation, accommodation, and meals
  • Coordinating, staffing and running an event
