Throughout the United States and around the world, the Chamber provides full-service event planning for members and clients. The chamber works closely with its members and clients while handling the planning, logistics, and execution of an event. The Chamber can also work selectively on a event, assisting clients and members with specific elements of planning their event. Elements of event planning handled by the Chamber include:

• Strategic design, planning, and scheduling
• Promotional activities
• Sending invitations and managing RSVPs
• Identifying and recruiting attendees or exhibitors
• Recruiting speakers, trainers, or dignitaries for an event
• Coordinating with vendors, venues, hotels, etc.
• Handling media and public relations
• Venue location and arrangements
• Transportation, accommodation, and meals
• Coordinating, staffing and running an event
